Many customers have asked for more control over where their interactions are presented within a video.
Hotspots split a video into a 3 x 3 grid and allow you to add comments and buttons wherever you choose. You can make it pause the video like a drawing, or set a start and end time to show and hide it.
Buttons can use all of the normal actions: open a link, change the time, change the video, etc.
You can now configure your own message, button text, and button action to show at the end of your video.
Videos without a custom CTA will continue to show the standard Replay Video prompt. You can remove the CTA entirely by leaving it blank.
You can edit the CTA in the video settings tab.
You can now set a start and end time for your buttons, comments, and images.
You can make a button or comment stay visible for the entire video, or flash an image for only a second. It's all up to you.
You can configure end time for each of these interaction styles in the standard edit interface. Interactions without a specified end time will still show for the default 5 seconds.
To add a video note, you were previously limited to recording a live video with your device. You can now upload a video clip to be placed on top of your video. Simply click the Add Video button and choose upload instead of record.
